Add GDC Vault taping to extend the life and reach of your sponsored sessions. The GDC Team will professionally record the content and host it online post-event on GDC Vault, where you will collect the leads of everyone who opts in to view the sponsored session.

Pre-Event Exposure:

  • Platinum sponsor listing and logo on Monetization Sponsored page on gdconf.com
  • Platinum listing on sponsors page with logo, link and 50 word company description
  • Inclusion in one GDC Newsletter to 50,000+ opt-in professionals. Sponsor to provide logo, 50 words, and a URL. Based on sign-on date and availability
  • 160x600 run of site banner on gdconf.com
  • One (1) Twitter post and one (1) post in Facebook event listing on official GDC channels. Sponsor to provide image and text that must begin with the designation "Sponsored:". Message must pertain to GDC presence and be approved by GDC show management

On-site Exposure:

  • Full day of sessions during Monetization Sponsored Track. Sponsor to choose day based on availability. See content guidelines for session scheduling and outbound marketing/promotion.
  • Sign outside the classroom with platinum sponsor logo (Show Management produces)
  • One (1) branded lightbox near classroom (Show Management to produce)
  • One (1) large hanging banner in Moscone Convention Center. Sponsor produces
  • One (1) spinning tower banner. Production included. Sponsor to send artwork by December 14, 2016.

  • One (1) tote bag insert distributed to all conference attendees, speakers and press at GDC. See guidelines here
  • One (1) branded micro app or survey on GDC Mobile App (appears on home menu screen with the "event brand" icons). Micro app icon can appear as company logo and link to mobile friendly webpage. Note: GDC Show Management can create a mobile friendly page promoting your booth/sponsored session if needed. Based on availability.
  • Platinum Monetization Sponsor listing and logo in Event Guide
  • Full page advertisement in Event Guide
  • Three (3) GDC All Access Passes
  • Fifteen (15) GDC Expo Passes
  • Speakers will receive Expo Passes with a sponsored session presenter ribbon
  • One (1) Twitter post and one (1) post in Facebook event listing on official GDC channels. Sponsor to provide image and text that must begin with the designation "Sponsored:". Message must pertain to GDC presence and be approved by GDC show management

Content Guidelines:

*NOTE: Sponsored Session title and abstract will need to be approved by GDC Content Team prior to messaging execution. Please note, once approved the sponsor should reference your sponsored session as [Session Title], a sponsored session within the Game Developers Conference. The sponsor may not reference the sponsored session as a standalone event at GDC or as a main conference, summit event or session programmed by the Game Developers Conference.
